He played a key role in the transformation of Gull from 3 fledgling outlets owned by the Rae family in 1999 into New Zealand’s largest independent fuel retailer with 80 sites at the end of 2017. His experience and knowledge covers all aspects from strategic retail growth, client and project management, marketing strategies, site development as well as asset management.

Hayden brings over 20 years of experience within the commercial sector of Real Estate spreading across all main sectors of the market including agency, valuation, management and development. Hayden’s previous role managed a portfolio of property for Augusta Funds Management that was worth over $1.6 Billion. Prior to this, Hayden studied Property at Massey University which lead him to a position at a Commercial and Industrial Agency leasing and selling property across Auckland. With his expertise he brings knowledge across both the New Zealand and Australian property market where he was MD of CBRE, in Melbourne for many years.

Laura has over 7 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Asset Management and is a Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor (MRICS). Prior to Scarborough Group, Laura worked in the UK for a Blackstone owned, industrial/logistics landlord called Mileway. Laura managed 26 industrial estates on their behalf, totalling 137,000 sqm and implemented and oversaw $13M worth of capex and development projects. Laura brings the commercial acumen to balance the needs of clients whilst understanding the importance of working with tenants and is an ambassador for incorporating sustainability into decision-making.

Daniel Poh has more than 25 years in the Property management industry with a special highlight being the Senior portfolio manager for ExxonMobil looking after their portfolio across New Zealand, New Caledonia, Fiji and Papua New Guinea. Daniel has worked on both tenant and landlord aisle and has experience in dealing with Commercial, Industrial and the Rural sector. Over the years Daniel has managed 1.2 billion in assets and has participated in the strategic growth and disposal of sites from a range of clients. Daniel is versed in the management, leasing, disposal and negotiation of various types of properties as well as setting up systems and policies for smooth management of large portfolios.
