Laura Witherford

Laura has over 7 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Asset Management and is a Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor (MRICS).  

Prior to Scarborough Group, Laura worked in the UK for a Blackstone owned, industrial/logistics landlord called Mileway. Laura managed 26 industrial estates on their behalf, totalling 137,000 sqm and implemented and oversaw $13M worth of capex and development projects.

Laura brings the commercial acumen to balance the needs of clients whilst understanding the importance of working with tenants and is an ambassador for incorporating sustainability into decision-making.
